May 19-25 marked the 50th anniversary of National EMS Week. It was a time to show our gratitude toward EMTs and paramedics who provide lifesaving care across the nation every day – EMS professionals who work assiduously to serve and care for their patients in their communities during times of crisis. This year’s theme was “Honoring Our Past, Forging Our Future.”
